Return and Refund Policy

 At SAIOA Balloons  & SAIOA Events & More, we take pride in providing high-quality balloons and party supplies. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, uninflated, and unopened
   
• Items must be in their original packaging
   
• Items must be in the same condition as received
   

For health and safety reasons, inflated balloons, custom balloons, or used items are not eligible for return.

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product
   
• You received the wrong item
   
• The product is defective upon arrival
   

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
   
• Incorrect color or size selection by the customer
   
• Damage caused after delivery
   
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
   

To initiate a return:

1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at info@saioaeventsnmore.com
    
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
    
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
    

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
   
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
   
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
   
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
   

In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
