Welcome to the SAIOA Events & More website. By accessing or using our website, services, rentals, or booking our event services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

SAIOA Events & More provides event planning, event décor, balloon styling, party rentals, proposal setups, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
   
• Weather-related or venue-related changes do not guarantee a refund.
   

• All rental items remain the property of SAIOA Events & More.
   
• Clients are responsible for rental items from delivery/setup until pickup.
   
• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
   
• Normal wear and tear is expected; excessive damage will be billed accordingly.
   

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and venue information
   
• Ensure safe access to the venue for setup and breakdown
   
• Secure any required venue permissions or approvals
   

SAIOA Events & More is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Décor designs may vary slightly due to product availability, lighting, or venue limitations.
   
• By booking, clients grant SAIOA Events & More creative discretion to execute designs within the agreed concept.
   

SAIOA Events & More reserves the right to photograph and video completed events for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

SAIOA Events & More is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from event setups, rentals, or décor usage
   
• Damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties
   
• Acts of God, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
   

All website content, designs, images, and branding are the property of SAIOA Events & More and may not be copied or used without written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false inquiries, or engage in any activity that may harm the business or its reputation.

SAIOA Events & More reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
